Arbor Axe House

Arbor Axe House was founded in 2025. Championed by a devoted team of axe throwers and community advocates, Arbor Axe endeavors to elevate the axe throwing experience in Lincoln, Nebraska. When we acquired our venue, we vowed to let no customer leave until they successfully throw an axe at least once.

Our team is dedicated to uplifting the city of Lincoln, the sport of axe throwing, and the wider community as a whole. We've partnered with businesses and non-profits in the Telegraph District, Downtown Lincoln, and the greater Lincoln area to build a local community of support.  

Who are we?

Connor Pedersen | CEO

Connor has been axe throwing since 2020. His love for the sport is only exceeded by his love of the community.

Connor manages every aspect of the business, from day-to-day operations to our vendor contracts. He is our league manager and our point of contact for large events. Connor is a certified WATL and WKTL judge and has made appearances at the last four World Axe Throwing Championships.

Madison Jurgens | COO

Madison was born and raised in Lincoln, NE. She has been a part of the Lincoln axe throwing community since 2021 and has been a frequent vendor at large tournaments.

Madison is our marketing and social media genius. She is the talent behind the branding, merchandise, and online presence. As a community artist and professional web designer, she lends a creative flare to the business.

Cameron Warnke | CIO

Cameron is an enigma known only as the Nebraska Woodsman. His tall tales and love of music make him a perfect IT manager.

Cameron keeps all our technology working smoothly. He is the backbone of our maintenance and improvements department. As a man who knows everyone, Cameron is our networking master and builds local community connections.

Cecelia Orwig | CFO

Cecelia is a native Nebraskan. She connects our community with local non-profits focused on child and animal welfare, human rights, and the environment.

Cecelia keeps the company running by managing our financials. She is our one-woman accounting and legal team in addition to being our point of contact for community relationships.
